One Pan Sausage Pasta

450g (1lb) Chipolata sausages
400g Can of tinned tomatoes
175g (6oz) Quick cook Penne pasta
450ml (¾ pt) Water
200g Can of sweetcorn
414g Can of baked beans
1 Courgette, thinly sliced
50g (2oz) Cheddar cheese, grated
Dry fry the sausages in a large non stick saucepan until brown.
Add the canned tomatoes, pasta and water to the sausages. Stir gently and then add the remaining canned vegetables and courgette.
Stir again and bring to the boil. Cover the pan, reduce the heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes until the pasta is tender and soft. Sprinkle with grated Cheddar just before serving.
