1 Thin cut (1cm) beef steak, sirloin, frying or rump
2 Slices of bread
Pre-heat the grill.
Rub the steak with spice of your choice - 5mlsp (1tsp) mixed peppercorns, crushed or any other dry seasoning or spice.
Cook the steak under a hot grill for one minute on each side.
Serve between 2 slices of your favourite bread.
Serve with vegetable crisps and tomato salsa in a tin.
Vegetable Crisps: Take thin slices of potato, butternut squash, onion, beetroot, parsnip - place on a baking sheet in a single layer, spray with a little oil and cook in a hot oven until crisp & browned
Tomato salsa: Use a small can of chopped tomatoes and to it chilli (powder, sweet chilli sauce or a fresh chilli) chopped cucumber, spring onion and coriander.
