Chilli Hot Beef

Lean beef rump steaks
Between 6 and 8 minutes
225g (8oz) Lean beef rump steaks, cut into small cubes
15mlsp (1tbsp) Oil
2 Garlic cloves, crushed
1.25cm (½) Root ginger, peeled and grated
15mlsp (1tbsp) Sweet chilli sauce
15mlsp (1tbsp) Tomato purée
4 Spring onions, thinly sliced
1 Lime, rind and juice
100g (4oz) Sugar snap peas
Heat the oil in a large non-stick wok or saucepan, fry the beef cubes with the garlic and ginger until browned, about 2-4 minutes.
Add the chilli sauce, tomato purée, spring onions, lime rind and juice and sugar snap peas. Cook for another minute.
Serve with thick noodles and extra stir-fry vegetables.
