Glazed Lamb Kebabs

Lean lamb leg steaks or neck fillet
Between 2 and 4 people
450g (1lb) Lean lamb leg steaks or neck fillet
2x15mlsp (2tbsp) Redcurrant jelly or jelly of your
Cut the lamb leg steaks or neck fillet into 2.5cm(1") cubes. Thread on to skewers and grill or BBQ for approximately 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally.
During the last 5 minutes brush the kebabs with the redcurrant jelly or jelly of your choice such as mint,cranberry, rowan or orange or lime marmalade.
Serve the kebabs with grilled or roasted peppers, salad, crusty bread or potatoes.
For an alternative flavour try these glazes:
Mix together a spoonful of honey and wholegrain mustard/sweet chilli sauce and lime juice /curry paste mixed with a little mango chutney /Hoi-sin or plum sauce / horseradish, mint or apple with mustard and use to glaze as above. Or try any pre-made bought marinades or glazes.
