Mini Beef Patties with 'Eggy' Hot Cross Buns and 'Mini' Eggs

Lean minced beef
450g (1lb) lean minced beef
5mlsp (1tsp) ground cumin
3-4 eggs, beaten
4 hot cross buns halved
Small knob butter
5mlsp (1tsp) olive oil
4-8 quail eggs
Mix together the minced beef, allspice, cumin and seasoning for the beef patties. Take small handfuls of the mixture and make into 8 small 'flattish' patty/burgers.
Cook under a pre-heated grill or hot griddle for about 4-5 minutes until thoroughly cooked.
Meanwhile place beaten eggs (not quails) into shallow dish and add pinch of cinnamon. Add the halved buns and allow a minute or so to absorb the mixture. Turn over and repeat.
Heat butter and oil in a frying pan and lightly fry buns for a couple of minutes each side until golden.In a second frying pan lightly fry the quail eggs.
Serve eggy hot cross buns topped with mini burgers and quail eggs.
